1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the bdwin app platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the bdwin app platform, including registered account holders, guest users browsing the site, and any person accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

bdwin app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bdwin app.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the bdwin app platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the bdwin app platform. If duplicate accounts are detected, bdwin app reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending balances or bonuses therein.

Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bdwin app will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account.
• Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bdwin app is ৳100 for bKash and Nagad transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bdwin app does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being flagged for investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take between 1 and 3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, and the maximum single withdrawal amount may be subject to limits as displayed on the cashier page.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete the KYC identity verification process as outlined in Section 3.3. Withdrawals will only be issued to accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. bdwin app reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests of a high value or requests that exhibit unusual patterns.

4.4 Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction on your account is erroneous or unauthorised, you must notify bdwin app within 30 days of the transaction date by contacting support at [email protected]. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. bdwin app's records shall be considered the primary reference for all transaction disputes in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

5.1 Sportsbook Betting

All bets placed on the bdwin app sportsbook are subject to the specific rules governing the sport, competition, or event in question. In the event of ambiguity or dispute, bdwin app's interpretation of its own betting rules shall be final. Key general rules include:

• All bets must be placed and confirmed before the relevant market is closed. Bets submitted after market closure will be voided and stakes returned.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the bdwin app platform are provided by third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules of the respective game supplier, which are accessible from within the game interface. 6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise by a specific promotion. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Qualifying Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without replacement.

6.2 No-Deposit and Free Spin Promotions

Where bdwin app offers no-deposit bonuses or free spins, winnings generated from such offers are subject to the wagering requirements and maximum withdrawal limits stated in the specific promotion terms. Winnings in excess of the maximum withdrawal limit will be removed from the bonus balance at the time of withdrawal.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the bdwin app platform. Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage of your account lifecycle, including during KYC verification.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the bdwin app platform for the purpose of depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime activity. bdwin app is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format offered on the platform.
• Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting software to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any bug, system error, or technical glitch in the platform software to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward bdwin app staff or other players via any support or communication channel.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing a third party to use your account, or using a third party's account, for any purpose including betting, depositing, or withdrawing.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bdwin app

bdwin app reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• A chargeback or payment reversal initiated by you or your payment provider in connection with your account.
• Technical, security, or compliance reasons that require the account to be reviewed before activity can continue.
• Any legal obligation or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

During a suspension, you will not be able to log in to your account, place bets, access casino games, or initiate withdrawals. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed. If the investigation determines a breach of these terms, your account may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your bdwin app account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bdwin app reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, provided that the applicable fee and notice period have been communicated to the registered email address. Dormancy fees will not reduce a balance below zero, and you may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdwin app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the relevant bet or transaction giving rise to the claim.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
